Summary
Kai is a man who has lost everything due to his gambling addiction and is on the run from debts he owes. He stumbles into an alley bar and confides in the bartender, Enu, who offers to help him if he does a favor for her. She whisks him away into a dark room and when he emerges, he finds himself in a luxurious room with Princess Hori of the kingdom Homep. He learns that the kingdom is in debt due to the princess’s gambling addiction, and together they hatch a plan to win back the money by gambling in neighboring kingdoms. Along the way, they play both ancient and modern gambling games and eventually open their own casino. As they continue to gamble, their relationship grows stronger and they face challenges from rival gamblers and corrupt officials. Will they be able to win enough money to save the kingdom and overcome the obstacles in their way?
