Degenerate Gambling in Another World - Chapter 1
Kai had always been a gambler. He loved the thrill of taking risks and winning big. But his love for gambling had become an addiction, and he had lost everything he had ever owned because of it. He owed a lot of money to dangerous people, and he was constantly on the run, looking for a way out.
One night, as he was wandering the streets, he stumbled upon a dimly lit alley bar. In a panic, he stumbled in, hoping to hide from the people he owed money to. The bar was empty except for a promiscuously dressed bartender named Enu, who was wiping glasses behind the bar.
Enu looked up and saw Kai’s panicked expression. “What brings you here, handsome?” she asked, her voice dripping with honey.
Kai hesitated before answering. He didn’t want to involve anyone else in his troubles, but he was desperate. “I’m in trouble,” he said finally. “I owe a lot of money to some dangerous people, and they’re after me.”
Enu nodded sympathetically. “I see. Well, I might be able to help you out. But it will come at a cost.”
Kai’s heart sank. He knew there was no such thing as a free lunch, especially not in his line of work. “What do you want me to do?” he asked, resigned.
Enu leaned over the bar and whispered something in Kai’s ear. At first, he didn’t understand, but as she explained further, he felt a glimmer of hope. It was risky, but it might just be the solution to all his problems.
