Eternal Wedding - Chapter 3
James felt sick. He couldn’t believe that his friend had done this, that he had killed Emily and all of their friends and family. But he knew that he had to stop him.
The police arrived soon after, and James’ friend was arrested. James watched as he was led away in handcuffs, his heart heavy with the weight of what had happened.
For a while after that, James was lost. He didn’t know how to move on from what had happened, how to come to terms with the fact that his friend had been capable of such a heinous act. He attended therapy sessions, but they didn’t seem to help.
As time went on, James started to realize that he needed to find a way to honor the memory of those who had been lost. He began to work with a charity that helped victims of violent crime, and he poured all of his energy into raising awareness and funds for the cause.
Eventually, James found a sense of purpose in his work. He knew that he could never bring back the people he had lost, but he could use their memory to make a difference in the world.
As he looked back on his experience, James knew that he would never forget the lessons he had learned. He had learned that life was fragile, that every moment was precious. He had learned that sometimes, even the people you thought you knew the best could be capable of terrible things.
But most of all, he had learned that even in the darkest of times, there was always hope. That even when it seemed like the world was falling apart, there was always a way to make a difference.
And so James went forward with his life, determined to use his experience to make the world a better place. He would never forget the tragedy that had befallen him, but he knew that he could use it to create something positive.
