King of Purgatory - Chapter 2
As Sultana and I entered the tear in space, I couldn’t help but feel apprehensive about what lay ahead. We emerged in a grand throne room, with tall columns and beautiful tapestries. I was awestruck by the sheer beauty of the room. Sultana motioned for me to follow her towards the throne.
I couldn’t shake the feeling of unease as I took a seat on the throne. Sultana remained standing beside me, her eyes fixed on the sky above. Suddenly, a blinding white light descended from above, and a voice called out, “Took you long enough.”
I squinted my eyes to adjust to the brightness and saw a figure descending from above. As he landed on the ground, I recognized him as the Creator. His presence was overwhelming, and I felt as though I was in the presence of a being far beyond my comprehension.
Michael strode towards us, his eyes fixed on me. “Welcome,” he said, his voice resonating through the room. “I am the Creator, the one who brought you here.”
I was taken aback by his words. “Brought me here? Where exactly am I?” I asked.
Michael’s eyes sparkled with amusement. “You are in the realm of god, my child,” he replied.
I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. The realm of the god? Was I dreaming? But the vividness of the surroundings made it all too real.
Sultana stepped forward and addressed the Creator. “What is the purpose of his arrival, my Lord?” she asked.
Michael turned to her and replied, “He has been brought here for a reason, Sultana. But that reason will be revealed to him in due time.”
I couldn’t help but feel frustrated by his vague answer. “What reason?” I demanded. “Why have I been brought here?”
Michael fixed his gaze on me, his expression unreadable. “All will be revealed in time, my child. For now, rest and prepare yourself for what lies ahead.”
With that, the Michael disappeared in a flash of light, leaving me alone with Sultana in the throne room. I was left with more questions than answers, but for the moment, all I could do was wait for the next revelation.
